We are a retired couple, traveling with our 3 dogs, incl 1 who is very ill. Our exhaust went out on Sep 19, 2026. LOUD! On Sep 22, 2026, we found Virgil's. Wow, what an amazing businessman with a heart of gold! And Tina is amazing with getting customers scheduled. Since we couldn't come back the next day, she told us to come right away and that Virgil would fix our exhaust. Within 40 minutes, he had the entire situation evaluated and fixed! He wasted no time getting it done. Wow. Just wow. Impressive work ethic. Great skills and excellent customer service. We would HIGHLY recommend Virgil's. And if we lived in Kansas, we would keep coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were coming through Fort Scott from Oklahoma to South Dakota and our AC compressor went out and we have a 4 month old baby and he came out on a Sunday to take a look and had someone retrieve parts from 1.5 hrs away when the local O’Reillys didn’t have it and even took parts from his personal truck to put on my truck so I can make it to the job on time. This fellow would take the shirt off his back for someone in need.
